This website is a static information page. We do not use cookies, analytics services, or tracking technologies. We process personal data only in two cases: (a) the technical access data that is necessarily recorded when you visit the site (section 3), and (b) the information you voluntarily submit through our contact form (section 4). We keep the processing of your personal data to the minimum required.
When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits certain information that our hosting provider records in server log files. This data includes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring URL, and information about your browser and operating system.
This data is processed solely to enable the delivery of the website, to ensure its stability and security, and to detect and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to messages addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We store your message until your enquiry has been fully dealt with and delete it thereafter, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise. Providing this data is voluntary; without it we cannot process your enquiry. Your submission is delivered to us by email through the service provider named in section 5.
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. The site is served from Vercel's Frankfurt (Germany) region, so requests are handled on servers located within the EU.
As Vercel Inc. is a company based in the United States, access to personal data (in particular the server log data described in section 3) from the USA cannot be excluded. This transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR, which form part of Vercel's Data Processing Addendum. To send contact form submissions to us by email, we use the email delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). The data you enter is processed in Resend's EU region (Ireland), so your submission is handled on servers located within the EU. As Resend, Inc. is a company based in the United States, access to this data from the USA cannot be fully excluded; such access is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR. We do not use cookies, local storage, analytics services, or any other tracking technologies. No consent banner is required because we do not store information on, or access information from, your device beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the page you requested.
All fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our own server. No fonts, scripts, or other content are loaded from third-party servers such as content delivery networks.
